Dear Mrs. Sirikwa,
Thanks a million for everything!
We were totally happy with our travels. We really liked the lodges and about our driver David you didn't promised too much. He was very courteous and took care of us all the time. We enjoyed talking to him about different topics. He was very into the nature and he was able to tell us a story about every animal. We told us a lot about the way of living in Tanzania.
On the safari we had a good blend between Lodge and tent accommodation. It was unbelievable experience how many animal noises you can hear if you sleep in tended camps. and in different to that, to wake up in a wonderful hotel room above the Ngorongoro cater and watch the sunrise.
We saw “the big five” and collected further many unforgettable impressions.
On Zanzibar we felt awfully well. We enjoyed our stay at OPR. The days there were the perfect supplement to the safari. During the Stonetown Tour and the Spice Tour we received an good impressions about the island and the inhabiters. And we have made a splendid recovery as well.
Many thanks as well for the flowers and the nice champagne as a welcome present. It will stay in our mind for a long time.
We highly recommend our agency to others and looking forward to travel with you again.
Greetings from Munich
Louis and Eva

Dear Annette,
We would like to thank you for our amazing holiday, which will be hard to top any time soon.
You created a nice and totally individual program for us which geared to our needs perfectly.
We did a couple of daytrips, a three day safari and all inclusive beach holiday on Zanzibar. The last 4 days of our three weeks’ leave we spend on a mini beautiful island with a small house at a with sandy beach.
We will describe are travel a bit more detailed to give further clients an idea about travelling to Tanzania.
Sunrise view out of the aircraft window. In the background you can see the shape of Mt Meru and Kilimanjaro.
Our first daytrip led us to a coffee plantation near Mt Klilimanjaro, called “KAHAWA SHAMBA CAMPSITE”. The journey started in Arusha and on the way got in touch with people and the landscape-
The guided tour was pretty interesting. We learnt much about the growing, the harvest and the processing of the coffee beans. After all we enjoyed a delicious selfmade coffee.
MUNGU AKUBARIKI = Dankeschön -> Gott segne dich
JAMBO = Hallo
On the next day we did a tour in the Arusha National Park under the slogan “HAKUNA MATATA = Alles kein Problem.
We had a real nice guide and interpreter. Both stayed with us the whole day.
After a magnificent journey across the pure nature we arrived at the National Park. On the game drive we saw buffalos, zebras, warthogs, giraffes, monkeys, baboons, waterbucks and dozen of flamingos. We also did a nature walk to the waterfalls. It was great fun specially as we walked through a troop of baboons.
We started our 3 day safari at Tarangire Nationalpark. We passed a couple of Masaai villages before we entered the park. From the beginning the Tarangire National Park overpowered us a huge variety of animals. Termite mound, baobab trees, ostriches, wildebeests, gazelles, elephants, lions, antelope, zebra, waterbuck, dik, and more, it was hard to decide where to look first.
We stayed in Maramboi Tented Camp. As we arrived we had a wonderful overview about Lake Manyara Area and an amazing sunset as well. After a delicious dinner we spend the night in a permanent and very comfortable tend. It felt like sleeping open-air, cause we got in touch with a light breeze and chirping crickets. We woke up by a nice twittering of birds and after a tasty breakfast we head to Ngorongoro Crater. While we were arriving there were some giraffes, zebras and elephants crossing our way. We went across a fantastic flora up to a high of 2400 meters. From there we had an amazing view into the carter. The crater is as big as the “Bodensee”, one of the biggest lakes in Europa. Afterwards we did a game drive through the carter and got lots of different animals to see. For example hippos, jackals, hyenas, a leopard, a rhino and greedy kites, this stole a sandwich with a nosedive out of my hand. We stayed in Ngorongoro Farm House surrounded by a dazzling sea of blossoms. This is a posh and colonial-style lodge, which we tumbled a lot. On the next day we went to Lake Manyara National Park and again we were keen on the proud vegetation and the huge range of animals. This must be the paradise.
After 3 days full of unforgettable impressions, we suffered from sensory overload.
We made another day trip to the Maasai village “Olpopongi. As we arrived they welcomed us with a nice traditional singing. In this recreated village we learned a lot about the lifestyle, customs and habits of the Maasai people. We visit a typical Maasai hut and afterwards we did a walk around the village. While we were walking they showed us lots of things from the nature which they use daily. They showed us a bush which they normally use as a both brush ( all Maasai people have wonderful white teeth by the way. Also they explained us about healing and poisonous plants. Furthermore they explained how they build their huts to us.
A really impressive day which brought us matters to think about. With warm fare-well-song they said goodbye to us.
After an one hour domestic flight we arrived on Zanzibar at the next day. We were delighted with the journey through the green bijou and the Karafuu Beach Resort. We had a nice apartment with a balcony, sandy white beaches, tasty food and helpful stuff, nothing more to wish. We needed some time to get down a bit, but that wasn’t a problem. This worked perfectly out with relaxing, reading, swimming, good eating and drinking, walking around, having gala dinners or massages or just lying under palm trees.
Can this be topped?
Before we took the boat to Grave Island, Annette organized us spontaneity a German guide who showed us around in Stonetown. We saw the meat and fish market, a church, the “Freddy Mercury House” and the House of Wonders. We got in touch with the spirited, narrow alleys with lot of small kiosks and colorful cloths all around. We were very impressed with the house door carving.
Than we arrived at our little paradise Champwani. This is an island with the large of one kilometer and 5 little houses standing on sandy white beaches. I thought I was dreaming it looked so impossible. We were only 6 guests staying on the island. The stuff spoiled us with everything you can wish for. We enjoyed swimming in warm crystal clear water and had some nice sundowner snacks in the evening.
On our last night they served us a really nice candle light dinner just in fort of our house. We were sitting on the beach, having delicious food, listening to the sound of the waves and watching an amazing spangled sky. This was the perfect end of our Tanzania holiday.
We feel in love with this amazing country.
One of our most beautiful travels we ever did. Africa we will come back.
Asante Sana Annette Hanni and Nobbi

Dear Annette,
We are back at home since 3 weeks now and we are starting to get used to cold Mid Europa. We don’t want to miss to thank you for the exceled organization of our Tanzania travelling.
We really enjoyed Zanzibar and our safari. David was a pleasant guide He was competent and a carful driver. We had so much fun with him to see the “Big Five” and the luck as well to see a birth of an antelope.
Everything went well in fact of you good organization. Only for the flight from Zanzibar to Kilimanjaro Airport it would be better to have a bit more time to change in Dar es Salaam. At the end it wasn’t a big deal because there were another flight leaving straight after ours.
We really liked our accommodations, especially on Zanzibar (Fumba Beach Lodge and Sultan Palace) and the tended camp in Serengeti area.
We will highly recommend Africa Safari Experts to others and wish you and your family all the bester for the future.
Best regards form Frankfurt. Magdalena and Matthias Paul

Dear Annette.
Sorry that it took me so much time to get back to you. I am back in Germany since a couple of time, and I know it is really time to get back to you. I would like to say many thanks to you again for my well organized accent of Kilimanjaro. Everything went well and I was very happy that I reached the top. I was a bit confused at the beginning that the ordered guide Julius wasn’t available, but my “ersatz-“ guide David was brilliant. He took good care of me the whole way up and down the mountain.
It was a wonderful experience, for which I have to say thank you again.
Best Greetings to all of you Steffi

Dear Mrs. Sirikwa
Many thanks for the wonderful journey which you have organized for us. We are still enjoying.
Our program was very good and harmonious.
Retrospective only the transfer from Stonetown to Nungwi on Zanzibar would be better to do at late afternoon, just to have more time to explore the city.
On our first day we went to Arusha National Park. We saw many different animals,
Warthogs, zebras, buffalo, waterbuck, kingfishers, coat monkeys, baboons, bushbuck, and unforgettable the giraffes with their long necks sticking out of the woods. The landscape is also amazing.
In Lake Manyara National Park we saw our first elephant impressive nearly threatening.
In the Serengeti we looked at lions on a sausage tree. A leopard crossed our way and we viewed gnus, zebras, and different spices of antelopes. Edenic! In fact of a rain shower we got the chance to see an amazing colorful atmosphere and lighting conditions. Absolutely perfect!
Jeremia was a really good guide and a careful driver. Without him, we had missed a lot animals.
Our accommodations were really nice places. A had extra nice and helpful stuff at the Lake Masek Tented Camp.
The combination together with Zanzibar we found really relaxing. I was impressed by the range of dolphins during the ocean safari.
At the Tanzanite Resort we spend some days just relaxing and watching the fisherman. They build their boats only out of basics, this is impressive to see.
All in all a very pleasant and worthwhile journey. Thanks you very much.
